ABOUT THE SHOW
First held in 1900, the Oberon Show is the Central Tablelands unique agricultural & horticultural experience, attracting over 3,000 attendees on average.
Revenue generated by it allows the Oberon Agricultural Society Inc. & Oberon Show Society Inc. to invest in upgrading the Showground, facilities, infrastructure, agricultural programs, competitions, education & regional youth. In all, the Oberon Agricultural Society Inc. & Oberon Show Society Inc. invests annually in these activities which are designed to promote regional agricultural & horticultural excellence and keep our rural community strong.
The Oberon Show is an annual celebration of Regional Australian culture, from our rural & pioneering traditions to our modern day lifestyles, providing unique experiences for everyone. Every February, our local community & visitors from near & far join together at Oberon Show, Ross Street, Oberon for one day of agricultural & horticultural competitions, pavilion exhibitions, live entertainment, carnival fun, fireworks and much more.
